Israel’s Govt agrees on Covid-19 vaccine for children below 5 years

The immunization of children between the ages of six months and five years against COVID-19 was given the all-clear on Wednesday by the Israeli Health Ministry.

According to the Health Ministry, those at high risk owing to a chronic condition or medical treatments compromising their immune system are especially advised to get the vaccination.

Israel has not reinstated restrictions on big gatherings or the face mask law that was abandoned in April after the country’s most significant wave of illnesses peaked in January despite the latest surge in coronavirus cases.
