Today’s Kerala Akshaya AK 488 Lottery Results: The Kerala State Lottery Department will announce the results of the Kerala Akshaya AK-488 lottery on Wednesday. While the first prize winner will get a whopping Rs 70 lakh, the second and third winners will get Rs 5 lakh and Rs 1 lakh respectively.
