Mamata Banerjee makes a shocking remark about Nadia's gang-rape case: 'Rape, pregnant, or love affair.'

Public outrage over a young girl’s alleged gang rape and death in West Bengal’s Nadia district is growing. State Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has questioned whether the girl was raped or fell in love with someone and became pregnant, which led to her death.

“How can you tell if she was raped?” The police don’t know why the person died. I asked them. Was she pregnant, had a love affair, or was she sick at the same time? Even the family knew it was love.

“How can I stop them from having a relationship?” the chief minister asked during an address at the start of a new event on Monday.

A few more times, she said, “This is not Uttar Pradesh where I can do that in the name of Love Jihad.” In Mamata Banerjee’s words, she said that the state child commission would investigate the matter.

The Chief Minister said, “How many CBI probes have been done in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Assam, and Bihar over murders of people? There were a lot of leaders who were arrested. How many have been done?”

No matter how many times you use the CBI or ED to make up a story, it doesn’t matter how many. “Don’t think that we are weak. We are strong.”

They said that the chief minister’s comments about gang rape were wrong. The opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said they didn’t like them.

The West Bengal BJP used Twitter to say, “Shame on this woman Chief Minister of Bengal. She should be ashamed.” She thought Hanskhali was a small thing.

She is attacking the dignity of the woman who was raped to make her look bad. “Women will not get justice in a state where its female chief minister asks about the character of someone who was raped,” says this

Bengal is ashamed of Mamata Banerjee. The son of the TMC block president raped a young girl and burned her body to hide the evidence.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister wants to know if it’s a rape, a pregnancy, or a love story. Added the state’s opposition party to the list of groups.

Gov. Jagdeep Dhankhar asked the state government to answer on Monday about the death of the 14-year-old girl in Nadia, West Bengal, who was allegedly killed by a gang of rapists.

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped and killed in Nadia, and Ram Bhakts were beaten up on Ram Navami. Suvendu Adhikari, the opposition leader, raised both of these issues today when he called on the governor and asked for a full investigation, says Dhankhar, the governor of Nepal. The Chief Secretary should get back to them quickly.

In both cases, according to LOP, crime against women and law and order in the state is wrong. By April 13, 2022, Dhankhar said that CS should first give his report on both issues.

Leader of the opposition in the West Bengal Assembly, Suvendu Adhikari, called Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar to talk about it.

Adhikari said that Article 355 of the Indian Constitution should be made law in the state where he lived. Article 355 of the Constitution talks about an emergency provision that allows the Center to help a state under attack from outside or inside.

Rule 355 should be put into place in West Bengal. Here, things are not going well. In Nadia, a 14-year-old girl allegedly was raped and killed by three other people.

I met with Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar and asked him to look into the case. The next day, I will meet with the dead person’s family.

Before this month, a 14-year-old girl died in West Bengal’s Nadia district after allegedly being gang-raped by several men. In this case, the victim’s family says that the son of a Trinamool Congress panchayat leader is to blame for the crime. IPC sections 376(2)(G) (gangrape), 302 (murder) and 204 (tampering with evidence) were used to file a case in this case. The POCSO Act was also used to file the case.

There will be a 14-day judicial hold on the accused person.
