Massive fire Broke Out at Park Street in West Bengal: 9 Fire Engine at Work.

People are suffering badly from the Covid-19 in Kolkata and it’s nearby. Also, people from Bengal fearing for the upcoming #cyclone Yash. In this situation, a massive fire broke out in the Park Street area in Kolkata. It is a multi-story building with a lot of Sari godown and stores.

West Bengal Government already imposed lockdown across the state. In this situation, it opened several multi-story offices. Hence, a few employees were present at the offices. But, after the fire broke out, they were able to come out safely from the building.

According to the local sources, the fire broke out in a sari godown on the building’s sixth floor. Local people first noticed the fire and smoke coming out at 1 PM today. Therefore, they saw dark smoke spreading everywhere on the floor.

The fire was spreading rapidly. Upon receiving the news, nine fire engines arrived at the location. The firefighters used a hydraulic ladder to throw water inside the fire area of the building. Firefighters are working quickly to control the fire. There are several houses next to this multi-story building.

As a result, the fire does not spread further. In addition, the local people thanked the firefighters who controlled the fire with care. Everything is under control right now. However, no death or serious injury has not reported yet.
