In the beginning, the most recent titles in the Pokemon Game series weren’t compatible with Pokemon Home, and Nintendo has confirmed it would launch “sometime in 2022”.

Move Pokemon From Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl to Pokemon Home
To be able to transfer Pokemon in the direction of Pokemon Home, players need to first connect their Home account to the account in the game. To do this, launch the Pokemon game called Shining Pearl and Brilliant Diamond in our case. Shining Pearl in our case and clicking the Poke Ball icon on the map.
Then, press the Settings button located at the top right corner of the screen. Choose Pokemon Home. Then, sign in using an account on the Nintendo Account associated with your Pokemon Home account.

Note that Pokemon that you’ve delivered to Pokemon Home can’t return for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Therefore, be sure you check the list of Pokemon you’re sending.
