Over the course of his winning shot on Monday, Conway hit some rare benchmarks:
– Conway was joined by Virender Sehwag of India, Hamilton Masakadza of Zimbabwe, Kamran Akmal of Pakistan, Jos Buttler of England and David Warner of Australia as the only men to score five 50s in a row in T20 matches, national or international.

– Conway also became the fourth cricketer not left out with 99 in T20I. Luke Wright (against Afg, Colombo 2012), Dawid Malan (against SA, Cape Town 2020), Mohd Hafeez (against NZ, Hamilton 2020) were the other cases. Facing the last ball of innings Monday, Conway singled with a push to deep spot.
– Devon Conway and Glenn Phillips have now combined for 301 races in their 4 T20I partnerships, with just 3 layoffs, for an association average of 100.33 .. No other association in the world has more than 300 races with an average of more than 90. .
