Platinum Games Teases New Bayonetta 3 Gameplay Types: Since 2017, Bayonetta 3 has a highly anticipated action game by PlatinumGames and Nintendo. The game was a few years without any updates. But it was the autumn Nintendo Direct last year that finally gave fans a preview of what’s to come.
The Bayonetta 3 trailer included the character’s new look and several new monsters at her command. Although it could not replicate the same dazzling combat style as the previous games. It also had several things that players noticed which made this game stand out from the earlier titles.
These facts were the Kaiju-sized monsters that Bayonetta possessed. Officially referred to by their Demon Slave and Masquerade abilities. Many fans speculated that many gameplay elements in the cancelled Xbox special Scalebound have a lot in common with Bayonetta 3.
This further supports the idea due to Scalebound’s chief designer being the director of the forthcoming Switch exclusive. The comment is additionally made by the director, who is executive of Bayonetta 3, Hideki Kamiya.
As part of an interview on IGN, Kamiya offered insights on the project’s upcoming release and highlighted some aspects of the trailer specifically. He says that the trailer shows the amount of effort that they’ve been in the process of creating Bayonetta 3.

However, it also reveals its differences when compared with Bayonetta 1. and 2. Kamiya specifically criticized the trailer’s false nature, which includes references to other games by Platinum Games such as Astral Chain and Astral Chain.
He also noted that Bayonetta 3will have “its own colour” and that new kinds of gameplay will add.
Kamiya also spoke out about the fear that some players might have regarding Nintendo as the game’s creator.
In particular, Nintendo might have compelled Bayonetta 3 to reduce some of its more sexual aspects. Kamiya declares that Nintendo has not put any restrictions on the game and claims that the game will be “a very Bayonetta-Esque Bayonetta game.”
This implies that some of the most outrageous and out-of-the-box aspects of the franchise will be preserved in this game. That’s not surprising given Nintendo did not place any limitations on Platinum in Bayonetta 2.‘s development.
One aspect that won’t include, in the game. According To Platinum Games president Atsushi Inaba is the Nintendo-themed costumes like that Princess Peach dress.
Inaba said the designers made the decision, who decided that because a large portion of the costumes had already been featured present in Bayonetta 2.
It wasn’t going to “be much fun to repeat ourselves every time.”
Bayonetta 3.0 will release exclusively on gamers with Nintendo Switch in 2022.
