Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s annual interaction with ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ students will take place online this year in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ said on Thursday.
Interaction with students in classes 9 to 12 before their exams will take place in March, the minister said.
“I’m happy to share that the interaction all the students were waiting for has returned! Get ready to smile during exams with PM @narendramodi at # ParikshaPeCharcha2021,” he said in a tweet.
“In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, this year the interaction will take place online,” he said in another tweet.
Registration for the program will begin on Thursday and conclude on March 14. Students who will be able to ask questions will be selected through a contest.
The first edition of the Prime Minister’s interaction program with the school and university students ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha 1.0’ was held at Talkatora Stadium on February 16, 2018.
