Pokemon Fan Makes Game Boy Terrarium: They have set the stage for all the games that came after, making a long-lasting franchise still very popular today. For example, one fan makes a terrarium out of a Game Boy and adds the Pokemon Bulbasaur.
Pokemon Red and Green, which came out back in 1996 in Japan, is one of the first Pokemon games made by Game Freak. Bulbasaur is one of the original starter Pokemon from the first two games.
With Charmander and Squirtle being water and fire-types, Bulbasaur is the starter. When the game was first to play, it was on the first handheld gaming system of its kind, the Game Boy.
They made a terrarium out of the shell of what looks like a Game Boy. When someone plays a game on a handheld console, fake flowers and plants grow out of where the screen and buttons would be. Bulbasaur also stands on the plants and smiles at anyone across it.
That green Game Boy shell isn’t transparent, but it looks like Western Muffin 5668 made it. The person could have bought a figure of Bulbasaur, made one with 3D printing, or even sculpted it all by themself. It made very well and excitingly, too.
I love this terrarium. It’s one of the most incredible things fans have made, except for when a fan make from crystal. It makes sense that this one has fake plants because it’s so tiny.
Terrariums are small, enclosed places for plants, and they usually have a glass container that can seal. So you can feel like you’re in a place where a Bulbasaur would live in the games.
Most Pokemon terrariums make of transparent Poke Balls with a scene inside one or two Pokemon. This is important to note. Here, Pokemon terrariums are shown more familiarly by artists and Pokemon products from the company.
Since this version make with a Game Boy, it’s more unique. This makes it feel more old-fashioned because it made on the same platform that the game Bulbasaur came from.
