President Ram Nath Kovind, is scheduled to start a 3-day trip to Kerala.
New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind will embark on a three-day trip in Kerala starting on 21 December 2021. President Kovind plans to visit Kerala from 21 December through 24. During his stay, the president will be attending numerous occasions that will take place in Kasaragod, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram.
“On 21 December, the President will grace and address the fifth convocation of the Central University of Kerala in Kasargod,” is the text of the announcement. The convocation is scheduled to begin starting at 3.30 pm in the venue specially prepared.
Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan and State Local Self Government and Excise Minister M V Govindan will also attend the ceremony. The Convocation ceremony for the 2018-2020 batch will be held this year, and 742 students have graduated.
“On 22 December, the President will witness the operational demonstration by the Southern Naval Command in Kochi,” the release said.
The president will attend an Operational Demonstration by the Southern Naval Command and will also visit Vikrant Cell.
The President, Kovind, who is scheduled to be arriving in Thiruvananthapuram from Kochi in the early morning of 23 December, will be attending an event hosted by the PN Panicker Foundation there, the statement said.
