Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann admitted to hospital: Report

According to reports, Bhagwant Mann, the chief minister of Punjab, has been checked into a hospital in Delhi.

According to reports, Chief Minister Mann sought treatment at Apollo Hospital in Delhi after feeling ill.

After the Chief Minister’s stomach ailment was investigated, medical professionals determined that he had an infection.

Mr. Mann had praised the police, and the anti-gangster task force on Wednesday for effectively carrying out an operation against gangsters in the state after two suspects in the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala were shot dead following a fierce gunfight with Punjab Police near Amritsar.

Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh, whose AK-47 and a handgun were found after the encounter, were the two criminals who were slain.

Bhagwant Mann, the chief minister, said in a statement that the state government had declared war on gangsters and other anti-social elements in the state and that the Punjab Police had achieved significant success in an anti-gang operation in Amritsar as promised.

On July 21, Mr. Mann and Dr. Gurpreet Kaur exchanged vows at a traditional Sikh wedding ceremony called an “Anand Karaj.”

On March 16, AAP leader Bhagwant Mann took oath as Punjab’s Chief Minister following the party’s resounding victory in the Punjab Assembly elections, which saw it gain 92 seats and drive most of its competitors to the margins. Congress acquired 18 seats in the 117-member Assembly.
