According to the rule
Rajasthan Vidyut Vibhag Eligibility
Rajasthan Vidyut Vibhag Recruitment 2021 Qualification Account Officer – The candidate must have one of the following qualifications
(a) CA / ICWA (CMA) or
(b) MBA of a minimum of two years duration from a recognized university established by law in India or equivalent with at least 60% of qualifications [It includes 2 years’ P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA] or
(c) M.Com. of a minimum duration of two years from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with at least 60% qualifications together with B.Com. with at least 60% brands.
As long as SC / ST / PWBD candidates and respective Nigam service employees can have 5% relaxation in MBA qualifications mentioned in (b) and M.Com. & B.Com. mentioned in (c) above.
Chief of Staff – The candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized university established by law in India or equivalent with at least 55% qualifications, along with
(a) A Master of Social Work or MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management (or Development) / Industrial Relations of a minimum of two (2) years in duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with at least 55% of master’s qualifications [It includes 2 years’ P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA.] or
(b) A Graduate Diploma in Labor Law / Labor Welfare and Personnel Management / Human Resource Management (or Development) / Industrial Relations from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with at least 55% Diploma qualifications Postgraduate. As long as SC / ST / PWBD candidates and respective Nigam service employees can have a 5% relaxation on previous qualifications.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – Candidate must have four years full-time Bachelor of Engineering as a regular or AMIE student in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation and Control / Power and High Voltage Systems / Power Electronics / Power Engineering or equivalent from a University / Institution established by law in India and recognized as equivalent to a full-time engineering degree by AICTE, New Delhi.
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – The candidate must have four years of full-time Bachelor of Engineering as a regular student or AMIE in Mechanics / Production / Industrial Engineering / Production and Industrial / Thermal / Mechanical and
Automation / Power Engineering or equivalent from a University / Statutory Institution in India and recognized equivalent to a full-time Bachelor of Engineering by AICTE, New Delhi.
Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Candidate must have four years full-time Bachelor of Engineering as a regular student or AMIE in Structures / Civil Construction / Civil Engineering or equivalent from a University / Institution established by law in India and recognized equivalent to a full-time Bachelor of Engineering by AICTE, New Delhi.
Assistant Engineer (Control and Instrumentation / Communication) – Candidate must have four years full-time Bachelor of Engineering as a regular student or AMIE in Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunications / Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Energy / Power Electronics / Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Instrumentation / Instrumentation and Controls or equivalent from a statutory university / institution in India and recognized equivalent of a full-time undergraduate engineering degree by AICTE, New Delhi
Assistant Engineer (Information Technology) – Candidate must have a two-year full-time postgraduate degree as a regular student in Computer Applications (MCA) / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent from a University / Institution established by law in India and a recognized qualification equivalent to that;
OR
Full-time four-year Bachelor of Engineering as a regular student or AMIE in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent from a University / Institution established by law in India and recognized as equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Full time engineering by AICTE, New Delhi.
Assistant Engineer (Security and Firefighters) – The candidate must have a four-year full-time engineering degree as a regular student or AMIE; or equivalent of a
University / Institution established by law in India and recognized as equivalent to a full-time Bachelor of Engineering by AICTE, New Delhi in Industrial Safety / Fire Fighting Engineering.
OR
Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a University / Institution.
Junior Engineer-I (Electrical) – Candidate must have four years full-time Bachelor of Engineering as a regular or AMIE student in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation and Control / Power and High Voltage Systems / Power Electronics / Power Engineering or equivalent from a University / Institution established by law in India and recognized as equivalent to a full-time engineering degree by AICTE, New Delhi.

Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering with full-time diploma in
Industrial Security of a University / Institution.
Junior Chemist – The candidate must have a full-time two-year graduate degree in chemistry or a full-time four-year graduate degree in chemical engineering as a regular student of a statutory university in India or a degree from a declared foreign university or institution by the competent authority, equivalent to a regular full-time postgraduate degree in chemistry or a postgraduate degree in chemical engineering from an official university in India.
IT Assistant – Full-time Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Applications / Computer Science and Engineering / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Information Technology or equivalent to a statutory University in India
