Russia says World War 3 is ‘danger’ and ‘serious.’
Russia advised the international community not to underestimate the significant risks of nuclear war.
It claimed to diminish and warned that conventional Western weapons were valid targets in Ukraine, where hostilities raged in the east.
According to a transcript of an interview on the ministry’s website, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told Russia’s state television that “the risks are considerable.”
“I wouldn’t want to inflate such risks artificially. That would be appealing to many people. The threat is genuine and dangerous. And it is not to be taken lightly.”
Lavrov was asked if the current situation was comparable to the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, which marked a low point in US-Soviet ties.

AfterLavrov’ss interview, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Twitter that Russia had lost its “final chance to scare the world away from supporting Ukraine.”
This can only mean Moscow is on the verge of collapsing.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin offered greater military aid to Ukraine during a visit to Kyiv on Sunday.
The US State Department issued an emergency declaration on Monday to approve a potential $165 million munitions shipment to Ukraine.
According to the Pentagon, the package could include artillery ammunition for howitzers, tanks, and grenade launchers.
The Russian ambassador to the United States warned the US to stop supplies, saying that Western weaponry was inflaming the conflict.
According to Lavrov: “NATO is, in effect, fighting Russia through a proximate and equipping that proximate. War is a war.”
Russia’s two-month invasion of Ukraine, the worst attack on a European country since 1945, has killed or injured thousands of people, leveled towns and cities, and caused nearly 5 million people to escape to other countries.
Moscow refers to its efforts as a”special operation” to disarm Ukraine and defend it against fascists.
According to Ukraine and the West, this is a justification for President Vladimir Putin’s reckless action.
ACCORDING TO US OFFICIALS, the US is planning to host a meeting of more than 40 countries this week for Ukraine-related defense talks, with a focus on arming Kyiv.
All tariffs on items imported from Ukraine under an existing free trade agreement would be eliminated.
Additional ambulances, fire engines, medical equipment, and financing for health professionals will be sent to assist the emergency services.
