Saudi Arabia will add Ramayana-Mahabharata to their School Syllabus.
Saudi Arabia has added the Mahabharata of the Ramayana to its new curriculum. This time, the students will be taught Ramayana and Mahabharata along with other subjects. There will also be lessons on knowledge of Gita and Indian culture for Saudi students. The new curriculum issued by the government of Saudi Arabia will also teach Hinduism alongside the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia has launched a new educational system for the country. The Ramayana, the Mahabharata, and the Hindu civilization have been added to the curriculum.
Ayurveda has also been added to the new curriculum in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government has said that its goal is for the next generation to learn about different cultures and learn about the Ramayana-Mahabharata, Indian culture, yoga, and Ayurveda.
