Serena Williams may return to Wimbledon after a year.
Serena Williams, the former world number one, indicated that she would make her long-awaited comeback at Wimbledon in June, precisely one year after her last appearance on the tour at the same Grand Slam.
Due to a leg injury, Williams, 40, staggered out of last year’s first-round encounter at Wimbledon in tears.
She also missed the Tokyo Olympics and the US Open in 2021, and the Australian Open earlier this year, owing to a hamstring issue.
