Sister of Andhra CM Jagan Mohan Reddy likely to float new political party

YS Sharmila, sister of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, is likely to introduce a new political party in the present ‘Sankalpa Sabha’ in the Khammam of Telangana.

Sharmila is on her way to Khammam. You will be greeted by people in Hayath Nagar, Abdullapurmet, Choutuppal, Nakrekal, Suryapet, Namavaram, Nayakangudem and arrive on the grounds of the Khammam pavilion, where the meeting is scheduled, around 5:15 pm.

Talks about her forming a new party have been going around for a while.

Sharmila is likely to make a political entry into Telangana politics ahead of the 2023 State Assembly elections.

Assembly elections for 119 seats in Telangana state are scheduled for 2023.

In the 2018 Assembly polls, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi emerged victorious, securing 88 seats in the House.
