Suspected Chinese national detained in Malda On Thursday morning, he crossed the border into Bangladesh and entered the Milik Sultanpur area. He was arrested by the Border Security Force (BSF) while patrolling the border area.
Therefore, BSF recovered lots of cash and sophisticated gadgets from him. The investigation is undergoing about why the Chinese person crossed the Bangladesh border and entered West Bengal.

According to BSF sources, they saw the suspicious Chinese in the Milik Sultanpur area of Kaliachak police station in Maldah around 8 am. The name of the detained Chinese national is Han Juni.
Meanwhile, BSF recovered a Chinese passport, a Bangladeshi visa, a laptop, three mobile phones, and a lot of cash from India-Bangladesh-America from the man. BSF jawans are currently interrogating him.
BSF is looking to find out why he entered the country, his real motives, and whether he is involved in smuggling. However, the interrogation process is going hard due to language difficulties.
In this regard, Malda Police Superintendent Alok Rajoria said, “Ethan has not been handed over to us either. I will investigate if I get it. ” According to another source, the Chinese national said that he had come to visit Bangladesh. Seeing nature, he crossed the border and entered this country.
However, there are inconsistencies in his statement. The Border Security Force is trying to verify the information of the detained Chinese national.
