The Big Team Battle in Halo Infinite

The Big Team Battle in Halo Infinite: Halo Infinite has primarily been well-received in its first months, with excellent review scores and generally positive feedback from players about the game.

On the other hand, developer 343 is also constantly under fire regarding the problems plaguing Big Team Battle.

The multiplayer game mode with 12 players has been experiencing issues with matchmaking for the past two months; players have been vocally voicing their frustration on Twitter.

Fortunately, according to Halo Community Manager Brian Jarrard, a fix is coming soon!

In the tweet above, As stated in the tweet above, BTB fix has passed internal tests and is waiting for Xbox certification to grant them the all-clear.

Jarrard claims the update should be released sometime next week if this occurs.

The game also offers players the Halo Waypoint update that spells out the things you can expect as a “small gesture of gratitude for your patience throughout these difficulties.”

The was previously discuss “small token” is “5 XP Boosts ” and Five challenges swaps.”

The news has brought both joy and anger to the players. Many players satisfied that the BTB fix is coming and that the XP Boosts and Challenge Swaps are a cherry on the top.

However, as seen in the comments to Jarrard’s tweet, some players think that they feel that the “small token” isn’t enough.

They’ve lost more than five swaps to eliminate BTB challenges. However, they’ve also mentioned that 343 remains behind in a variety of other issues affecting the shooter. And it appears that the BTB fixes are just an ounce within the bucket.

To address these concerns these issues, this Halo Waypoint update merely states, “work continues on plans/updates on other topics. That we’ve identified as prominent for members of the community (economy armor customization, ranking cheating, networking and so on. ).”

So it is unclear how long players will wait for these updates. However, the track record of 343’s in the case of Halo the Master Chief Collection is any hint; the game will only improve.
