The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rains in several central Indian states between February 16 and 18.

With such a climate, North India will experience warmer nights with a significant increase in minimum temperatures. Towards the end of this week, the minimum temperatures over central India would rise by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius.

The Mumbai Regional Meteorological Center has warned of hail storms in the state for the next three days. Bhandara, Gondia and Nagpur districts will experience hail on Tuesday, while Buldhana, Gadchiroli, Wardha and Yavatmal districts will experience hail on Wednesday.

A hailstorm is forecast Thursday in the districts of Dhule, Nashik, Jalgaon and Aurangabad. Solapur, Latur and Osmanabad would experience hail storms on February 19. The entire state will also experience light rain on Friday.
