TOHO Animation, one of the renowned Japanese animation studios, is ready to debut its brand-new project, the TOHO Animation Music Films, on March 20, 2023.

What’s unique about this project is that its part of the studio’s 10th anniversary. The studio aims to bring an exciting project for the viewers by collaborating with talented music artists and anime creators.

The project will comprise five all-new short anime that will premiere on Youtube one after the other from March 20 onwards. The viewers can enjoy music on TOHO Animation’s YouTube channel.

Five Short Anime by TOHO Animation

The TOHO Animation Music Project will be a unique collaboration between music artists, anime creators, and TOHO Animation. These will not be random short films; instead, all five short anime will have a distinctive storyline with multiple characters and animation style.

  • Tentai Kansoku (Stargazing) by loundraw
  • Flat Studio
  • BUMP OF CHICKEN
  • Himitsu no Hana no Niwa (Secret Flower Garden), directed by Namiko Ishidate

  • Neka to Wakai se na (Don’t Reconcile with Cats) by Mizuki Ito

  • Detarame na Sekai no Melodrama, directed by Tetsuro Araki

The TOHO Animation Music Films project on YouTube has released the trailer. The fans will be able to enjoy anime and music from talented artists. Since it’s a collaborative project, the viewers will have a unique and exciting experience watching these five short anime movies.

Besides the five new short anime films, TOHO Animation celebrated on September 25, 2022, by premiering the “Finale Stage” with famous voice actors:
