UK moves Ukraine to the embassy from Kyiv and calls on its nationals to go home.
LONDON: The foreign ministry announced on Friday the Embassy of the country in Ukraine is moving away from Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.
Kyiv told British citizens to leave Ukraine while commercial travel options were still in place.
The embassy office in Kyiv was temporarily relocated, and staff members were working from an embassy situated in Lviv, the ministry stated.

“Any Russian military action in Ukraine would severely affect the British government’s ability to provide consular assistance in Ukraine,” ministers said.
“British nationals should not expect increased consular support or help with evacuating in these circumstances.”
