Samajwadi Party Release Manifestos

Each BJP and Samajwadi Party released their election manifestos on the day of the UP assembly elections.

Tuesday was the day of campaigning for the first of seven phases Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, which will begin on Friday.

After the campaign ended, the top leaders of all parties were seen in the western part of UP, where the people were voting for an assembly of 58 in 11 districts.

Samajwadi Party on Monday announced that Ms. Subhavati Shukla would take on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the Gorakhpur Urban constituency in the forthcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls.

The name of Ms. Shukla was on the 24 candidate list announced by the party on Tuesday.

The first phase of the polls is scheduled to begin on February 10th.

All parties are to the extreme to win voters in states that are likely to vote.

Alongside Uttar Pradesh, polls are taking place in four other states: Punjab, Uttarakhand, Mizoram, and Goa.

Before the Punjab elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed his first virtual rally in the state on Wednesday.

Modi’s BJP has been fighting against the Punjab Assembly polls in alliance with the Amarinder Singh-led Punjab Lok Congress and the Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa-led Shiromani Akali Dal (Sanyukt).
