The Natabari Assembly / Vidhan Sabha constituency is located in the Cooch Behar district of West Bengal. It belongs to the Cooch Behar (SC) Lok Sabha constituency.
The constituency, reserved for candidates from the scheduled castes, has 2.34,839 voters and 270 voting tables.

Winners and results of previous elections
In the 2016 West Bengal Assembly elections, Rabindra Nath Ghosh from the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) won the Natabari seat. The AITC, BJP and CPM garnered 46.72 percent, 10.78 percent and 38.63 percent of votes respectively in the 2016 polls. Ghosh defeated BJP’s Ali Hossain and CPM’s Tamser Ali.
Ghosh, also a minister in the North Bengal development department, had snatched the seat from Ali in the 2011 Assembly elections, who was the Natabari MLA, a seat the CPM had held since the 1977 elections.
The Natabari Assembly constituency is expected to go to the polls in April or May 2021, as part of the 2021 West Bengal Assembly elections.
The West Bengal Assembly elections will be held to elect a total of 294 members of the Legislative Assembly (MLA).
According to estimates from the 2011 census, of a total of 3.02,323 inhabitants, 88.99 percent are rural and 11.01 percent are urban. Programmed Castes (SC) and Programmed Tribes (ST) make up 41.97 and 0.50 percent, respectively, of the total population.
