The West Bengal government on Monday (February 14) permits the reopening of all upper and primary schools beginning on February 16.
The curfew for nighttime remains in effect between midnight and 5 am. the rest of the curfews and other relaxations remain in force until February 28.

West Bengal has also withdrawn the ban on international flights (February 15).
But, passengers flying internationally must be fully vaccinated or undergo an RTPCR examination within 72 hours after departure from the flight.
In addition, the state government has announced the ease of standards for Zoos, parks, museums, and tourist destinations.
Tourist attractions that are well-known, such as museums, zoos, and parks, can be operating at 75 percent capacity.
