Western Railway Will Run 3 Additional Weekly Special Trains

Western Railways will operate three additional weekly special trains between Bandra Terminus-Barauni Junction and Subedarganj, Surat-Hatia and Udhna-Chhapra stations.

“For the convenience of passengers and in order to meet travel demand, Western Railway has decided to operate three additional weekly special trains between Bandra Terminus-Barauni Junction, Bandra Terminus-Subedarganj, Surat-Hatia and Udhna-Chhapra stations.” , read the statement.

According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur, director of public relations for Western Railway, the details of the above special trains are as follows:

Train No. 09005/09006 Bandra (T) – Barauni Jn Special train with special rate (weekly) (14 trips)

The train n. 09005 Bandra Terminus-Barauni The weekly special will depart from Bandra Terminus every Friday at 3:45 PM and arrive in Barauni at 1:20 PM on Sunday. This train will run from April 16 to May 28, 2021. Similarly, the weekly special train number 09006 Barauni-Banda Terminus will depart from the Barauni crossing every Monday at 12.30 am and arrive at Bandra Terminus on Tuesday at 5.25 pm hours. This train will run from April 19, 2021, to May 31, 2021. En route, this train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Nagda, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bayana, Agra Fort, Tundla, Kanpur Central, Lucknow City, Faizabad, Varanasi, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Buxar and Patna Stations in both directions. This train consists of cars with AC 2-Tier and 3-Tier seats, Sleeper Class and Second Class.

Train n. 09095/09096 Bandra (T) – Subedarganj AC Special super fast train with the special rate (weekly) (16 trips)

Train n. 09095 Bandra Terminus-Subedarganj The weekly AC Superfast special will depart Bandra Terminus every Monday at 9.45 pm and arrive in Subedarganj at 03.00 on Wednesday. This train will run from April 12 to May 31, 2021. Similarly, train No. 09096 Subedarganj – Banda Terminus Weekly AC Superfast special will depart from Subedarganj every Wednesday at 05:30 am and arrive at Bandra Terminus on Thursday at 11.20 hours. This train will run from April 14, 2021, to June 2, 2021. En route, this train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Bayana, Agra stations. Fort, Etawah, and Central Kanpur in both directions. This train is made up of AC 3-Tier and AC Chair Car coaches.

Train No 09081/09082 Surat-Hatia Special super fast train with the special rate (weekly) (14 trips)

Train No 09081 Surat-Hatia The weekly special will leave Surat every Thursday at 2:20 pm and arrive in Hatia at 5:30 pm on Friday. This train will run from April 15 to May 27, 2021. Similarly, the special train No. 09082 Hatia – Surat Weekly will depart Hatia every Saturday at 12.20 am and arrive in Surat at 04.00 am on Sunday. This train will run from April 17, 2021, to May 29, 2021. En route, this train will stop at Nandurbar, Bhusaval, Badnera, Wardha, Nagpur, Gondia, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda and Rourkela stations in both addresses. This train is made up of cars with AC 2-Tier and 3-Tier seats, Sleeper Class and Second Class.

Train n. 09087/09088 Udhna – Chhapra Special super fast train with the special rate (weekly) (6 trips)

Train n. 09087 Udhna – Chhapra The special train will depart Udhna at 08.35 am every Friday and arrive in Chhapra at 1.20 pm on Saturday. This train will run from April 16 to April 30, 2021. Similarly, train No. 09088 Chhapra – Udhna Special will depart from Chhapra at 12:15 am every Sunday and arrive in Udhna at 7:00 am on Monday. This train will run from April 18 to May 2, 2021. This train will stop at Nandurbar, Bhusawal, Etarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Cheoki, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Jaunpur and Ballia stations in both directions. This train consists of cars with AC 2-Tier, Sleeper Class and Second Class seats.

The reservation of train n. 09095 will open on April 10, 2021, the reservation of train no. 09005 and 09081 will open on April 12, 2021, and the reservation of train n. 09087 will open on April 14, 2021, at designated PRS counters and on the IRCTC website. These special trains will operate with special rates as fully booked trains.

Yesterday, East Coast Railway in a notice said: “All Odisha-bound passengers from anywhere in the country, boarding on or after April 10, must have a negative RT-PCR test report no later than 72 hours before of the beginning of the trip or the final vaccination certificate.. Those without valid documents undergo a mandatory 7-day quarantine. ”
