What’s in the Fortnite Item Shop today? October 13, 2021.
The Fortnite Item Shop has been updated and that means new cosmetics are now available. With plenty of Halloween-themed items and some rare skins, here’s what’s in the Fortnite Item Shop for October 13, 2021.
On the horror side, Lovecraftian Big Mouth returns to the store after they debuted in Fortnitemares two years ago. It’s also the first time since last Halloween that Big Mouth has been sold in the Item Shop, so if you like them, you now have a chance to grab them before they disappear again later this month.
Big Mouth also includes a new Marvel-inspired alternate skin straight out of the Lego Traveler’s Tales video games. It combines the black and red Venom and Carnage styles respectively as a nod to the Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 character “Carnom”. You’ll notice if you buy Big Mouth that its rarity is now labeled “Marvel” for that skin style.
Big Mouth is available for 1,500 V-Bucks and includes back bling, while your Gnashers pickaxe and Toothsome wrap will cost you another 800 and 500 V-Bucks respectively.

Elsewhere in the balloon Fortnitemares 2021 store, you’ll find that Rick Grimes is still there alongside fellow zombie-killing compatriots Daryl and Michonne. Frankenstein is there too, and more universal monsters like The Mummy will be joining soon.
The Zone Wars pack returns after almost three months of absence, while the Gangnam Style emote returns after only a month of hiatus. Grab it now if you’re feeling nostalgic. Other than that, Epic is content to keep piling up spooky skins, so the Item Shop is more crowded than usual right now.
