Kanye West Objects to Kim Kardashian’s Divorce Petition. 

Kanye West isn’t a happy camper when it comes to Kim Kardashian receiving divorce and returning her to dating status to single, and he’s made his concerns before the court.

Kanye’s new legal documents respond to Kim’s request for she declared a single woman before all issues regarding custody and property are settled. 

This is scheduled to happen at the beginning of next month. However, Kanye’s lawyer is arguing.

Kanye’s legal counsel worried that Kim may remarry and transfer some of their assets into separate accounts. 

Kanye is reportedly in agreement with Kim becoming a single woman. But only if the proper safeguards are in place to ensure that the assets remain marital property.

Kanye’s lawyer claims he’s seeking three conditions, which his lawyer says Kim has refused to accept.

1. If one of them dies or dies, the person who died wants to ensure that any money due to one is refunded.

2. Kanye will try to prevent Kim from taking assets out of trusts they have created.

3. He would like Kim to abjure their marital rights pending the final custody decision. This is a fascinating idea. In addition, he would like to make sure any communication between the couple can be recorded in the court’s records.
