WWE launches the Bollywood Boyz.
WWE reportedly released several Superstars from its roster after terminating their contracts on Friday. These include The Bollywood Boyz (Singh Brothers), Fandango, and Tyler Breeze, among others. August Gray, Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, and Ever-Rise are some of the other names released so far in the early hours of Saturday. PWInsider.com confirmed that 205 Live and NXT star Curt Stallion and Arturo Ruas (who was last seen during Raw Underground) were the latest WWE releases.
The Singh Brothers are a professional wrestling team made up of Sunil Singh, also known as Gurvinder Sihra, and Samir Singh, also known as Harvinder Sihra. They debuted on SmackDown in 2017, as The Singh Brothers and the managers of Jinder Mahal. They reverted to using the Bollywood Boyz team name and gimmick when they changed their act to 205 Live in 2020.
In an emotional post on Twitter, the duo wrote: “All the bumps, torn cruciate ligaments, dislocated shoulders, it has all been worth it for the last 5 years. And how ironic, we ended our last game with one shoulder out of place. ”
“It’s fitting that we get fired while we show up for wrestling training; we love what we do, passionately.”

The duo enjoyed their best WWE run when they teamed up with Jinder Mahal during The Modern Day Maharaja’s Championship reign. The Singh brothers were not only instrumental in helping Mahal win the coveted title, but they also proved crucial in his defense.
