After Summer Vacation, the Supreme Court Will Hear Appeals Against Article 370 Repeal

On Monday, the Supreme Court agreed to look at the cases against the government’s decision to change Article 370, which gave Jammu and Kashmir special rights.

Shekhar Naphade, a senior lawyer for one of the petitioners, told a bench of Chief Justice N V Ramana and Justice Hima Kohli that the petition should be heard as soon as possible because of the delimitation process in the state.
