Barbara County Sheriff identifies man killed in crash along Gaviota coast.
SANTA BARBARA – Last Monday, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office released the name of a man killed in an accident near the Arroyo Hondo reservation.
The Sheriff’s Office said Shawn Lyle Osborn, 51, of Santa Barbara, was killed when his Jeep Wrangler crashed into a hill near the entrance to the nature reserve.

Scene of the accident: Traffic was slow in the area at the time of the accident. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
