Delhi Capitals assistant coach Mohammad Kaif feels his team play against star Sunrisers Hyderabad spinner Rashid Khan on a slow surface from Chepauk will be key in their IPL match here on Sunday.

“The way we play against Rashid Khan will be the key for us in this field,” Kaif said in a team statement.
Kaif added that hitting the field in Chennai has been difficult, but seasoned ones, his batting lineup is certainly up for the challenge.
“Shikhar has been hitting really well and Smith hitting well in the last game. Amit Mishra played wonderfully in the last game, and we also have Ravichandran Ashwin.
“Marcus Stoinis shot well with the new ball in the last game and the way Rishabh has been leading the team, especially on a spinning court, has been a great sign.”
When asked about the return of the off-roader Axar Patel to the Delhi Capitals team after recovering from COVID-19, Kaif said: “The balance of the Delhi Capitals team is now perfect.”
“He has been a key member of this franchise. He played an important role in the team that finished runner-up last season and it will be no different this year. Axar, Mishra, and Ashwin playing together will be a dream bowling attack for us. ”
