Wesley Fofana is off to Chelsea; therefore, Leicester City is discussing replacing him with Belgian defender Wout Faes from French club Reims.
By the time the summer transfer window ends on September 1 at 23:00 BST, Fofana is anticipated to sign with the Blues.
After rising through the ranks at Anderlecht, Faes, 24, has been with Reims since 2020. He is valued at approximately £15 million.

He debuted for Belgium against Poland in a Nations League match in June as a substitute.
Faes played 37 league games for Reims last season and scored four goals as they finished 12th in Ligue 1. This season, he has made three appearances for Reims.
