‘Morrowind’ mod makes Skyrim beast races walk on toes: The Elder Scrolls series is known for having a lot of different races that you can play as. The elves and humans are the most common races, but many players have a soft spot for the reptilian Argonians or the tiger-like Khajit. In The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, the races aren’t as different from each other as in the past.
In The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, one mod brings back a little feature from The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. It makes the animal-like races more unique by having them walk on their toes instead of the soles of their feet.
It comes from Rogueshot, who made the popular Savage Skyrim mod.
Beastly Beastmen is a new mod for the game. For Beastly Beastmen, Rogueshot came up with new skeletons for Skyrim’s different animal races. There are many ways to make them walk on their toes. They did this in 2002’s “The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind.”
The mod also changes their necks, heads, shoulders, and spines to make them look more different from Skyrim’s other races. People who play Rogueshot say the goal of these changes is to make the game more realistic by making the Khajiit and Argonians look more like “people in costumes.”

The Beastly Beastmen mod also makes Skyrim‘s beast races more dimorphic, which means more significant differences between males and females. This makes the game more interesting. A lot of real animals have bigger males than smaller females.
This is how this mod works. This is shown in screenshots of the Nexus page for the mod. Males also have longer arms and hunch over more, as shown. When male Argonians have horns, they look even more like dinosaurs than before. This makes Skyrim’s animal species even more distinct from the races of Men and Elves.
The rogue shot says Beastly Beastmen should work with most Skyrim texture mods, but it’s not 100% sure. Most Argonians and Khajiit-specific mods won’t work with this, even though the Mods page says a few don’t.
Players will have to make their patch using the TES5Edit utility if they want to use both simultaneously. Rogue shot can’t say for sure that the mod will work with all of the different custom beast race mods available online.
Skyrim players can get the Beastly Beastmen mod from Nexus Mods and Bethesda.com. On PC and Xbox One, you can get the standard and special editions of the game. Also, Skyrim Anniversary Edition should use the mod because it doesn’t need the Skyrim Script Extender to work.
