According to highly-placed sources, Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar, fired Mukesh Sahani (Minister for Fisheries and Animal Husbandry) from his cabinet Sunday.

According to them, the Governor has received a recommendation in this regard following a “written submission” by BJP, which claimed that Sahani (founder chief of Vikassheel Insaan Party) was “no more a part of NDA.”
The BJP had initiated Mr. Sahani into the cabinet. They had also gotten him elected to the legislative body after losing his seat in the assembly.
