By the state administration’s directive, there will be no sale of liquor in Noida in the coming days.
The State Excise government has banned the sale and operation of liquor across the state until the decision date.
“Because of vote counting of UP Election 2022 on March 10, sale and operations of liquor prohibited in the state for the entire day, tomorrow. Action to be taken in case of violation” is the text of the Excise Department order.

The State Assistant Director-General for Police (law and order) has also announced that police have increased their deployment.
That action will be taken against anyone who disrupts peace during the day of the results.
