Save Your Game in Animal Crossing New Horizons: Are you interested in saving money in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? You can learn all you need to know from this guide.
The most recent game in the series, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, is only available on the Nintendo Switch.
You can bet your bottom bell that we’re spending a lot of time working on our town since there are so many new activities, inhabitants, and attractions to explore on our island vacation.
Of course, no matter how much we’d want to, we can’t always stay in our Animal Crossing town. So in Animal Crossing New Horizons, here’s how to save money.
In Animal Crossing New Horizons, you may save your game.
Press the “-” button on your Nintendo Switch’s right Joy-Con to save your game. When you do, the game will ask you whether you want to “Save and Continue” or “Save and End.”
Choose the “Save and End” option if you want to end the game immediately since it will kick you out of your town once the saving procedure finish.
However, you may choose the “Save and Continue” option to continue playing if you want to be sure that the time you carefully spent arranging flowers doesn’t go to waste if your Switch battery runs out.
Is Auto-Save Available?
As it turns out, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has an auto-save feature.
A little blue ring will show in the upper right corner of the screen when this takes effect. Which happens pretty often.
On the other hand, heed the warning not to power off your Switch while the blue ring display on the screen. If you do, your save file can get corrupted, or at the very least, the auto-save won’t have happened.
As a result, it’s not the end of the world if you don’t save and exit manually. Still, it’s always preferable to do so in case anything important occurs between shutting off your Switch and when the game last automatically saved.
This concludes our guide to saving in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
