It needs major overhauls. DICE has launched another round of fixes to the game.
This should help developers and players find common ground. Players will continue to capture funny moments and bugs, regardless of their feelings about the game.
One of these Battlefield2042moments was a downed player posing in a bizarre pose. Another was a low-resolution seagull, which decided to fly across the screen.

The seagull in fantastic_fredd28’s video decided it wouldn’t move a muscle while it floated across the screen. It almost looked like a 2-dimensional picture that had pasted onto the screen.
Fantastic_fredd28 looked at the bird as it left the frame. But then, the seagull vanished. Fantastic_fredd28 seems to be doing sit-ups while being down, which was almost overshadowed by the whole seagull story.
Many users mocked the spoof Clownfield’s buggy nature. Others joked about the bird’s antics and fantastic_fredd28’s pose. Some joked that the seagull was the most realistic bird they’d ever seen.
In response to the post, one user posted a link to the subreddit “birds aren’t real” reply. Fantastic_fredd28 was mocked by another user, who said they had to finish their 6-pack before they died.
Another user joked with other users, telling them to ignore the low-res seagull and “you’re hurting my feelings.”
DICE will not fix all bugs and glitches in the game until then. Players will continue to plagued with the negative ones, while others like floating seagulls, teleporting seagulls, and ab-crunching their bodies to death.
EA’s public support for Battlefield 2042 has fallen. Only time will tell if DICE can fix the sinking ship and make Battlefield 2042 a success.
