Ukraine declares a new prisoner exchange with Russia.
In a prisoner exchange with Ukraine, Russia handed over 41 persons, including 28 military personnel, announced by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk on Friday.
It was “particularly pleasing,” Vereshchuk stated on the Telegram messaging service since a top leader of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine was among those repatriated to Ukraine.
