As of this writing, the only method to capture a Galarian Zapdos is to use your daily Adventure Incense all at once and be fortunate. However, this is an everyday item you may use whenever you choose.
When you do this, there is a very slim possibility that Galarian Zapdos and the other two first-generation legendary birds will fly around you. But, to our understanding, it won’t show up if you’re standing still in the game.
If you see it emerge, engage with it to attempt to capture it as soon as possible. Be careful to feed it a Golden Razz Berry and toss an Ultra Ball at it for a chance to catch it before hurling anything at it.
Use your throws while you have them since this creature has a low chance of catch and a high likelihood of escaping after being caught unsuccessfully.
This the sole known method of catching a Galarian Zapdos as of this writing. Of course, all three of these Pokémon could eventually appear in five-star raids, but while Daily Adventure Incenses are new, this is the only method to find them.
Do some traveling to increase your chances of finding Galarian Zapdos since they are very uncommon, and you can only utilize one of these things daily.
